Hotel and reception staff lovely. A few negatives that could have been avoided.
Reception staff were fantastic, and prompt to deal with an issue we had. Very polite and helpful
We were refused entry to the hotel bar twice! Eventually reception intervened and escorted us to a table. Paint came off the windowsill onto our hands/clothes. Not wet paint, due to condensation peeling it off. Broken soap dispenser pumps left in the shower.

Friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Breakfast staff were also very helpful. Location is great and will come back

The staff were perfict, Carlos and Sofia on the dayshift were great and Mo on the knight shift was also great help
